This is a work-from-office position that involves a variety of responsibilities critical to the smooth functioning of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO compliance, data management, and incentive calculations, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally ERP and PowerBI

Job Accountabilities of Sales & Operations Analyst

Sales Targets Alignment

  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to discuss and align individual sales targets.
  • Facilitate discussions to ensure clarity and commitment to set targets.

Annual Business Plan (ABP) Preparation

  • Work closely with Sales Executives to prepare detailed Annual Business Plans.
  • Ensure ABPs align with overall company objectives and strategies.
  • Obtain employee sign-off on finalized ABPs.

Continuous Monitoring

  • Establish a robust system for continuous monitoring of ABPs.
  • Regularly review and assess each aspect of the plan to ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Discuss with employees and management in case of any deviations from the plan.

Support and Coordination Meetings

  • Organize regular meetings to support Sales Executives in achieving their targets.
  • Facilitate coordination between Sales, Backend, and Logistics teams to address challenges and provide necessary support.

Sales Incentive Calculation and Analysis

  • Calculate and analyze sales incentives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure accuracy in incentive calculations as per company policies.
  • Discuss incentive details with employees, providing insights into deductions and recognizing positive achievements.

ISO Audit Requirements Monitoring

  • Continuously monitor ISO audit requirements.
  • Hold daily and weekly meetings to ensure the smooth processing of ISO audits.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address any issues or deviations from ISO standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Documentation:

  • Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and regularly follow up on action items.
  • Maintain documentation for inventory reduction projects.

Data Management:

  • Maintain the Customer Master Data Sheet.
  • Prepare and update sales data for distribution to Sales Executives as per their requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and MIS:

  • Prepare and maintain KPI and MIS sheets.
  • Monitor and discuss KPIs and Key Result Areas (KRA) with Sales Executives.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Continuously monitor each aspect of the Annual Business Plan for each employee.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
  • Discuss deviations with employees and management.
  • Hold regular meetings to ensure employees are supported by backend and logistics teams.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate Sales Review Meetings monthly, involving half a day for scheduling and Google Meet setup.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings with HR and all departments.
  • Discuss and align Sales Targets for each employee.
  • Prepare and sign off Annual Business Plans (ABP) for each employee.

Inventory and Outstanding Management:

  • Regular meetings with Sales Executives regarding non-moving inventory and outstanding payments exceeding 90 days

Incentive Calculations:

  • Calculate sales incentives on a half-yearly basis.
  • Admin incentive calculations on a yearly basis.
  • Monthly incentive calculation for specific individuals.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales incentives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure incentives are calculated per policies and discuss deductions while rewarding positive achievements.

ISO Compliance:

  • Conduct ISO audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Maintain ISO documents, including Management Review Meeting records, contextual analysis reviews, and Customer Service feedback forms.
  • Continuously monitor ISO Audit requirements and hold daily and weekly meetings to ensure smooth processing.

Skill Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in ISO compliance, data management, and incentive calculations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally ERP.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
