For our Marketing Division, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for expanding our digital presence and driving strategic initiatives.

Job Accountabilities

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:

  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Creative Growth Strategies:

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Collaboration and Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Technology Evaluation and Adoption:

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:

  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
