Helps to restore tolerances to worn shafts, repairing worn keyways and damaged housings, filling pitted surfaces in worn machinery and restoring fit to bearing housings.

LOCTITE EA E-20HP
LOCTITE® EA E-20HP is an off-white, 2-part, toughened, medium-viscosity, industrial grade epoxy adhesive with a medium work life. Loctite EA E-30HV is a high-performance epoxy compound for applications of potting and bonding. This solution is developed for the manufacturing sector need for insulation and thermal resistance potting and bonding. Loctite EA E 30HV is used by electric motor manufacturers for bonding of magnet to rotor in assembly and by other electrical component manufacturers for potting, where insulation is required.

LOCTITE HY 4060 GY
LOCTITE® HY 4060 GY is a grey, 2-part, general purpose cyanoacrylate/epoxy hybrid adhesive with high strength and fast fixture at room temperature. It has good temperature and moisture resistance and bonds a variety of substrates including metals, most plastics and rubbers. It is ready-to-use and dispensed directly from the pack for manual mixing. The two coloured components allow for indication of correct mixing.

LOCTITE® HY 4070 is a 2-part, transparent, cloudy colorless to pale yellow cyanoacrylate/acrylic hybrid gel adhesive that provides a fast fixture at room temperature in bond gaps up to 0.2 in (5 mm). It suits various substrates including most plastics, rubbers and metals. It is used where complete cure of excess adhesive as well as temperature and moisture resistance, is required. Best application results are achieved with LOCTITE® 10 ml Hybrid and Cyanoacrylate mixing nozzle (to suit HY 4070 and 3090).

LOCTITE® HY 4080 is a 2-part, opaque to slightly yellow, cyanoacrylate/acrylic hybrid structural bonding adhesive that provides toughness and excellent adhesion to metals, composites and plastics. It provides fast fixture at room temperature and high operational strength within the first hour. This product maintains high shear strength over a wide range of temperatures and in larger gaps.
Best application results are achieved with LOCTITE 50 ml Adhesive Mixing Nozzle (IDH 1826921) and LOCTITE 400 ml Adhesive Mixing Nozzle (IDH 1573135).
