Ltd. is looking for a field-oriented Application Engineer<\/strong> to identify, understand, and develop industrial hose applications across Gujarat.<\/p>\n This role focuses on scouting real plant applications<\/strong>, understanding operating conditions, and promoting premium industrial hose solutions<\/strong> used in fluid transfer, material handling, and process industries. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the shop floor, interacting with maintenance and engineering teams, and translating application insights into solution-led opportunities.<\/p>\n Visit industrial plants across Gujarat to identify hose and fluid-transfer applications<\/strong> such as hydraulic, chemical transfer, air, water, steam, oil, slurry, and abrasive media.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Study existing hose installations, failure patterns, safety risks, and performance gaps.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Understand operating parameters including pressure, temperature, media compatibility, routing, movement, and environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Recommend suitable premium industrial hose solutions<\/strong> based on application requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Engage with maintenance engineers, reliability teams, project engineers, and plant managers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Provide application-level technical guidance and product recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support the sales team in converting technical opportunities into commercial orders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Assist customers with best practices for hose selection, routing, assembly, and installation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Promote premium hose solutions as long-term, reliable, and safety-focused alternatives<\/strong> rather than commodity replacements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Identify conversion opportunities from unbranded or lower-grade hoses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support trials, demonstrations, and pilot installations where required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and warehouse teams for smooth execution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Document applications, opportunity status, and field learnings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Share structured feedback on market trends, competitor practices, and emerging customer needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Diploma \/ BE \/ BTech in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering discipline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 2\u20136 years of experience in industrial applications, preferably involving:<\/p>\n Industrial hoses<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Hydraulics \/ pneumatics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fluid handling systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n MRO or plant maintenance environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n Prior field or application engineering exposure is strongly preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Strong interest in hands-on industrial applications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Comfortable with extensive travel across Gujarat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Observational and analytical mindset able to diagnose application problems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ability to explain technical solutions clearly and practically.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Self-driven, curious, and capable of working independently in the field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n At Innovative Engineering Products Pvt.
