You will also coordinate with DISA Bangalore for sourcing and technical alignment, while ensuring customers achieve maximum productivity, energy efficiency, and reliability.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1793\"><strong data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1791\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"3572\">\n<li data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"2752\">\n<p data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1863\">Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"2752\">\n<li data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"2042\">\n<p data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"2042\">DISA High Pressure Moulding Lines (Vertical moulding machines, Flaskless moulding lines, Matchplate moulding technology, Automated moulding lines, Green sand moulding).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2320\">\n<p data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2320\">DISAMATIC D1, D3-A\/B\/X, D5-B\/C\/Z, 2110 Mk4, DISA 231-A\/B\/X, 230-A, 131-B, 2130-B\/C, 240-B\/C, 2120-C, 250-C, 270-A\/B, MATCH 20\/24, 2032, and legacy systems (2110 Mk1\u2013Mk3, DISA 130-A\/B, 131-A, 230-B\/X, 2011, 2013 Mk1\u2013Mk5, DISAMATIC 2120-B, 2070 Mk1\u2013Mk2, MATCH 130).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2486\">\n<p data-start=\"2325\" data-end=\"2486\">Wheelabrator Shot Blasting Machines (wheel blast, air blast, continuous conveyor, rotary table shot blasting, surface finishing, descaling &amp; rust removal).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2671\">\n<p data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2671\">DISA Dust Collectors &amp; Environmental Systems (industrial dust collection, fume extraction, baghouse &amp;
