The selected candidate will build long term employee relationships and manage resolution to specific employee needs and issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Code:<\/strong> <span class=\"JsGRdQ\">IEPPL\/HCI\/02<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong> Rajkot<br \/>\n<strong>Designation:<\/strong> <span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Human Capital Executive (Employee Relations)<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Preferred Experience:<\/strong> 1-2<span class=\"JsGRdQ\">\u00a0Years in Human Resource role preferably in B2B markets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Preferred Education<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"JsGRdQ\"><strong>:<\/strong> MBA (HR) \/ Industrial Relations<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Job Accountabilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Ensuring the Company&#8217;s treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR Leads to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Participating in and\/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with the needs of the organization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Conducts individual and group psychometric surveys and feedbacks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Excellent communicator. You have excellent verbal and written communications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Quality Assurance \u2013 Acute attention to detail, follows QA processes and procedures and is consistent and accurate with their deliverables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Detail oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Strong computer knowledge with advanced knowledge of Excel including V lookup \/ Pivot charts \/ Data Validation \/ Conditional formatting, typeif, macros etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate productively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics and their application in a professional services organization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Strong interpersonal and client service skills, consultative approach to working with marketing and client service professionals at all levels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Possess outstanding ability to learn quickly, execute swiftly and accurately.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Average Remuneration\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approx.
