Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales and achieve revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and marketing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company&#8217;s presence and identify potential leads.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to safety products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>Preferred Skill Sets<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of safety products, including PPEs, hand protection, and gas detection equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance \u2013 Acute attention to detail, follows QA processes and procedures and is consistent and accurate with their deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer knowledge with advanced knowledge of Excel including V lookup \/ Pivot charts \/ Data Validation \/ Conditional formatting, typeif, macros etc. Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate productively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics and their application in a professional services organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and client service skills, consultative approach to working with marketing and client service professionals at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Highly detail-oriented with superb organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Possess the outstanding ability to learn quickly, and execute swiftly and accurately Excellent communicator. You have excellent verbal and written communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units\/Product Groups.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales<br \/>\nprocess.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales plans using company tools. Performs regular performance reviews and propose recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls.<\/li>\n<li>Create value for the customer and IEPPL and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate details in accordance with IEPPL offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and\/or the Marketing Manager.
